1. What is your production capacity?
We currently have staff to produce 4,000 prosthetics per month. Our team employs
efficient techniques that ensure quality work throughout the fabrication process. As more
organizations utilize our crematory compatible reconstruction devices, our production
capacity will grow.
2. We don't use screws to fixate prosthetics during reconstruction, can we
request prosthetics without screws?
Yes. We keep an inventory of proximal and distal fixation blocks without screws. In fact, if
your organization has particular requests, our team can customize the RLM prosthetics
from their basic design and we will build inventory for your organization based on your
preferences. For those tissue banks that utilize screws, we recently redesigned the screw
assembly for better functionality.
3. What is the advantage to using your prosthetics?
Using RLM products enable your procurement team to reconstruct without concern of
cremation post-donorship. Many funeral homes dislike the plastic devices implanted for a
number of reasons. RLM products offer a universally accepted application due to
crematory compatibility. Cremation organizations estimate that approximately 45% of the
population will choose cremation vs. burial in the coming years.
4. Are the Contouring Bags for absorption?
Our Contouring Bags have absorbant properties due to the wood shavings. Their primary
function is to create aesthetic enhancements during reconstruction while the absorbant
properties are a secondary function.
